Application & Interview:
Complete a volunteer application and possibly an in-person or phone interview.

Background Check:
Fingerprinting and criminal background clearance (especially if volunteering with minors).

Health Clearance:
- Negative TB test within the past 12 months
- Up-to-date immunizations (e.g., MMR, Tdap)
- Annual flu vaccine or a valid declination form
- COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption/declination form

Liability Waiver:
Signed release forms for volunteer liability and photo/video consent, if applicable.
