- Passion for Learning & Growth – Volunteers should be committed to personal development and helping others grow.

- Background Check – Ensure a safe environment by screening volunteers, especially if working with children or sensitive communities.
- Commitment to Service – Require a minimum number of hours per week or a set duration (e.g., three months) to ensure consistency.
- Teamwork & Communication Skills – Volunteers must work well with others and communicate effectively.
- Respect for Diversity & Inclusion – A commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for people from all backgrounds.
